1. Who operates Seraph

Seraph is a validation-stage product developed under the Unplain Media brand and operated by:

Cyprus company registration number: HE 429874

2. When these Terms apply

These Terms apply when you:

  • visit the Seraph validation website;
  • submit a pilot-interest form;
  • request information about Seraph;
  • book or attend a welcome conversation;
  • participate in usability or demand testing;
  • provide feedback about Seraph.

By submitting the pilot form or participating in the validation, you agree to these Terms.

Our use of personal information is described separately in the Seraph Privacy Notice.

3. Seraph’s current status

Seraph is currently being validated and is not yet a completed commercial product.

At this stage:

  • the website does not provide live AI analysis;
  • website visitors cannot upload documents;
  • example results are demonstrations only;
  • participation is free;
  • no payment information is collected;
  • no subscription is created;
  • joining the pilot does not guarantee access to a future product;
  • the proposed features, design and service may change;
  • Seraph may be delayed, paused or not commercially launched.

We will not intentionally present a demonstration as a completed live analysis.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to:

  • register for the pilot;
  • book a welcome conversation;
  • participate in validation testing.

You may register:

  • for yourself;
  • because Seraph may be useful to a parent;
  • because Seraph may be useful to another adult;
  • to learn more about the concept.

If you provide another person’s information, you must have their permission or another lawful authority to do so.

5. What Seraph is intended to become

Seraph is being designed as a digital helper that may assist people in:

  • understanding unfamiliar messages or documents;
  • identifying requested actions and dates;
  • recognising possible warning signs;
  • preparing questions or replies;
  • deciding whether to contact an official organisation or qualified professional.

The present validation is intended to test whether this concept is:

  • useful;
  • understandable;
  • trustworthy;
  • accessible;
  • commercially viable.

6. Pilot participation

Where capacity allows, eligible applicants may be invited to participate.

We may contact participants to:

  • explain the Seraph concept;
  • arrange a telephone or video conversation;
  • demonstrate recreated examples;
  • ask for product feedback;
  • observe how understandable the proposed process is.

You may stop participating at any time.

Participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, advisory or professional relationship.

7. Welcome conversations

Welcome conversations may be offered through:

  • Google Meet;
  • Zoom;
  • FaceTime;
  • WhatsApp;
  • telephone;
  • another mutually agreed method.

We will not record or transcribe calls.

We may make anonymised research notes about general feedback and usability.

The person conducting the conversation:

  • represents the Seraph validation project;
  • may explain the proposed product;
  • may demonstrate example situations;
  • is not acting as your lawyer, doctor, bank representative, financial adviser, police officer or government official.

8. Examples shown during testing

We will normally use recreated Seraph examples rather than a participant’s real private documents.

These examples may resemble:

  • payment messages;
  • subscription notices;
  • letters;
  • bills;
  • websites;
  • suspicious communications.

They are illustrative and may not represent a genuine organisation or real event.

Do not treat an example as a factual decision about a real message or situation.

9. Participant-provided examples

You are not required to show us a real letter, message, bill or screen.

If you voluntarily choose to show your own example:

  • remove or cover unnecessary private information;
  • do not show passwords, PINs or verification codes;
  • do not show full card or banking details;
  • do not show complete identity documents;
  • do not show another person’s information without permission;
  • do not rely on the validation conversation as the only basis for an important decision.

We will not record, screenshot or retain the displayed document or screen.

Any temporary copy received during the conversation will be deleted before the call ends.

10. What you must not provide

Do not provide:

  • passwords;
  • PINs;
  • security answers;
  • login or verification codes;
  • complete payment-card details;
  • banking login information;
  • cryptocurrency recovery phrases;
  • identity documents;
  • information obtained unlawfully;
  • malicious files or code;
  • material that infringes another person’s privacy or rights.

If you disclose sensitive information contrary to these instructions, notify us promptly.

11. Not professional advice

Seraph’s website, examples and validation conversations provide general educational and product-testing information only.

They do not provide:

  • legal advice;
  • medical diagnosis or treatment;
  • tax advice;
  • financial or investment advice;
  • official fraud determinations;
  • emergency assistance;
  • decisions on behalf of a bank, government body or regulator.

For important matters, contact the relevant organisation or qualified professional using independently verified official details.

12. Scam and safety limitations

Seraph is intended to help users notice possible warning signs. It cannot guarantee that:

  • a message is genuine;
  • a sender is who they claim to be;
  • a website or link is safe;
  • a payment request is legitimate;
  • every scam indicator has been identified;
  • an absence of warning signs means something is safe.

Do not send money, share account information or install software solely because of a Seraph example or validation discussion.

13. Emergencies and active fraud

Do not rely on the validation website for an emergency.

If there is:

  • immediate danger;
  • an active fraudulent payment;
  • an account takeover;
  • unauthorised remote access;
  • an urgent medical situation;
  • a serious legal deadline;

contact the relevant bank, emergency service, police, official organisation or qualified professional immediately.

14. Free validation

Participation in the current pilot is free.

We will not:

  • collect payment-card information;
  • create a paid subscription;
  • automatically enrol you into a future paid service.

If a paid pilot or commercial product is introduced, we will provide separate information about:

  • price;
  • features;
  • billing;
  • cancellation;
  • refunds;
  • recurring payments;
  • applicable consumer rights.

15. Future paid-version notifications

You may separately ask to be notified when a paid version becomes available.

This option:

  • is voluntary;
  • is separate from free pilot participation;
  • does not require you to buy anything;
  • can be withdrawn at any time;
  • does not permit unrelated Unplain Media marketing.

Receiving a notification does not create a contract to purchase Seraph.

16. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate contact information;
  • use the website and pilot lawfully;
  • respect the privacy of other people;
  • follow displayed safety instructions;
  • avoid disrupting or attempting to compromise the website;
  • independently verify important financial, medical, legal or security decisions;
  • tell us if information you provided becomes inaccurate;
  • avoid impersonating another person.

17. Feedback

You may voluntarily provide feedback about Seraph.

You retain ownership of original material contained in your feedback.

You give S&D CASEY BROS LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to:

  • review the feedback;
  • analyse it;
  • use it to improve Seraph;
  • incorporate ideas into Seraph or related services;
  • create anonymised or aggregated research findings.

We will not publicly identify you as the source without your permission.

18. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Seraph:

  • name;
  • logo;
  • website;
  • written content;
  • demonstrations;
  • recreated examples;
  • visual design;
  • product concept materials;

are owned by or licensed to S&D CASEY BROS LTD.

You may view and use validation materials for personal, non-commercial evaluation.

You may not:

  • reproduce substantial parts for commercial use;
  • present Seraph as your own product;
  • misuse the Seraph or Unplain Media brand;
  • remove ownership notices;
  • interfere with the website;
  • use the materials unlawfully.

19. Third-party services

Seraph may use or link to services operated by third parties, including:

  • GoHighLevel;
  • Google Analytics;
  • YouTube;
  • Google Meet;
  • Zoom;
  • WhatsApp;
  • FaceTime;
  • Meta advertising services.

These services may have their own terms and privacy notices.

We are not responsible for the independent operation of third-party platforms that we do not control. We remain responsible for our own selection and use of service providers where applicable law requires it.

20. Website and pilot availability

We do not guarantee that:

  • the website will always be available;
  • every applicant will be invited immediately;
  • every call method will always be available;
  • the pilot will continue for a particular period;
  • Seraph will be commercially launched;
  • all proposed features will be developed.

We may:

  • modify the website;
  • change the pilot process;
  • limit participation;
  • reschedule conversations;
  • pause or end validation;
  • refuse or end participation where reasonably necessary for safety, legal or operational reasons.

21. Our responsibility to you

We will use reasonable care in operating the validation website and conducting pilot activities.

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care.

We are not responsible for losses caused by:

  • a participant ignoring clear safety instructions;
  • reliance on an illustrative example as professional advice;
  • a decision to click a third-party link, transfer money or disclose private information independently of us;
  • disruption or failure of a third-party communication platform outside our reasonable control;
  • information supplied by the participant that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • an event that could not reasonably have been anticipated or prevented.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • deliberate wrongdoing;
  • rights that applicable consumer law does not permit us to exclude.

22. Privacy

Our use of personal information is described in the Seraph Privacy Notice.

Accepting these Terms does not automatically mean that you agree to:

  • optional analytics cookies;
  • advertising cookies;
  • future paid-version notifications;
  • unrelated marketing.

Where consent is required, it will be requested separately.

23. Ending participation

You may stop participating at any time by contacting:

admin@unplainmedia.com

We may end participation where:

  • the validation ends;
  • the participant misuses the service;
  • continued participation creates a legal or safety risk;
  • capacity or operational circumstances require it.

Ending participation does not affect rights or obligations that arose before participation ended.

24. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

However, if you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom:

  • you retain mandatory protections provided by applicable UK consumer law;
  • these Terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded;
  • you may have the right to bring a claim in a court or forum available under applicable law.

The governing-law clause is not intended to deprive a UK consumer of mandatory local protections.

25. Complaints

Questions or complaints should be sent to:

admin@unplainmedia.com

We will try to respond and resolve the matter reasonably.

26. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Seraph develops.

Material changes will be clearly identified by updating the date at the top.

We will review and replace these Terms before introducing:

  • live AI analysis;
  • document uploads;
  • payments;
  • subscriptions;
  • user accounts;
  • automated actions;
  • family account access;
  • materially different data use.
