Accessibility at Seraph
Seraph is designed to make unfamiliar digital situations easier to understand.
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website, including people who:
- have reduced vision;
- use screen-reading or magnification software;
- use a keyboard instead of a mouse;
- have difficulty reading small or complicated text;
- need more time to understand or complete a form;
- use a mobile phone, tablet or desktop computer.
Seraph is a validation-stage product operated by S&D CASEY BROS LTD under the Unplain Media brand.
Our accessibility approach
We aim to make the Seraph website clear and accessible by using:
- large, readable text;
- clear headings;
- strong colour contrast;
- simple language;
- large buttons and form controls;
- visible labels for form fields;
- clear instructions and error messages;
- short forms;
- keyboard-accessible navigation;
- layouts that adapt to mobile, tablet and desktop screens;
- no automatic time limits;
- no flashing or rapidly moving content;
- captions and written explanations for important video content.
Our goal is to work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA. WCAG 2.2 is the latest version included in the W3C accessibility-statement framework.
Seraph is still being tested. We have not yet completed a formal independent accessibility audit and do not currently claim that every page or third-party component fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Video content
Important information shown in the Seraph demonstration video will also be available in written form.
We aim to provide:
- accurate captions;
- clear spoken language;
- sufficient sound quality;
- controls to pause, stop or replay the video;
- a written explanation of the main information.
Third-party services
Some parts of the Seraph experience may be provided through external services, including:
- GoHighLevel forms and booking calendars;
- YouTube;
- Google Meet;
- Zoom;
- FaceTime;
- WhatsApp.
We do not control every accessibility feature provided by these services.
Where reasonably possible, we will offer another way to complete the same action. For example, a person who cannot use the online booking calendar may contact us by email to arrange a conversation.
Known limitations
As Seraph is still at the validation stage, some features may not work perfectly with every browser, device or assistive technology.
Possible limitations may include:
- accessibility issues within embedded third-party forms or calendars;
- limitations within the YouTube video player;
- reduced functionality when optional cookies or external media are declined;
- differences between browsers, devices and screen-reading software;
- some visual examples being less useful to people who cannot see images.
We will review reported problems and make reasonable improvements where possible.
Requesting help or another format
If you cannot access part of the website, please contact us:
Please tell us:
- which page or feature caused difficulty;
- what you were trying to do;
- the device or browser you were using, if known;
- what kind of help or alternative would be useful.
You do not need to disclose a medical condition or explain the nature of a disability.
We will make reasonable efforts to:
- provide the information in another format;
- explain it by email, telephone or video call;
- arrange a booking manually;
- offer another way to participate in the Seraph pilot.
Accessibility feedback
Accessibility is central to the purpose of Seraph.
Please contact us if:
- text is difficult to read;
- a button is difficult to select;
- a form is difficult to complete;
- keyboard navigation does not work;
- content does not work with a screen reader;
- a video needs better captions;
- wording is difficult to understand;
- you have another suggestion for making Seraph easier to use.
