Peace of mind for the whole family
Seraph helps people understand unfamiliar digital situations independently, while giving family members reassurance that support is available when something feels confusing. It is built to support independence, not to monitor or take over.
Join the Free PilotHow Seraph helps
- Explains a message, letter or website in plain language, so your relative does not have to guess.
- Highlights possible warning signs before money is sent or details are shared.
- Suggests a sensible next step, such as checking an account through an official website.
- Reduces the number of urgent “can you look at this?” calls, without cutting you out.
What Seraph will not do
- It will not send messages, replies or payments on your relative’s behalf.
- It will not make decisions for them, or pressure them into acting.
- It cannot guarantee that something is safe or spot every possible risk.
- It does not replace your bank, doctor, solicitor or the police.
How to introduce Seraph to a relative
Start with a real example
Pick a message or letter that already confused them. Seeing a clear explanation of something familiar makes the idea concrete.
Let them lead
Sit alongside rather than taking the device. Seraph is designed to be read and understood by the person using it.
Agree the ground rules
Passwords, PINs, verification codes and full card details are never shared — with Seraph or anyone else.
Join the pilot together

Try it together in the free pilot
